I remember always helping my parents organize special events, but it wasn’t till my daughters sweet sixteen that I really got into the full party planning, that was almost 13 years ago, since then I have helped plan almost every event we have had, from venue to the food served at this events, and that is how I got my first professional gig about 5 years ago, I cater a friend’s birthday party, and out of that party I got my 1st big gig. I got to cater for the Sheriff’s Department Christmas party. That is how I started doing what I love, COOKING!
